Acceptance of your Order
We pride ourselves on providing you with the best tasting and best looking cakes, made with love and passion.
Each and every order that is produced will be slightly different, no two pieces of handmade products will ever be the same. As we are humans and not machines, there may be slight design or colour discrepancies, but these are not grounds for a refund.
If any major mistake is made on the design theme, and we would hate that to happen, every attempt will be made to correct it in a timely manner.
Once your order has been collected by you, or your nominated collector, and has left our premises, your order is considered accepted.
Order Changes
We require a minimum of 1 weeks notice for any or all changes required.
After this time, no changes can be made to the size, flavour or decorations of your order. We are happy to add cupcakes or sugar cookies to your order if more servings are required last minute, however, this option is strictly dependent on time constraints.
Pick-Up
It is important that you arrive to collect your order during the scheduled pick up time.
As we do cake delivery and set ups for some events, we may not be available for pick ups before or after this time, however we make every effort to be available for your requested collection time.
If you miss your collection time, we will make attempts to contact you and arrange an alternative collection time. Please note: you are responsible for the remaining balance in the event of a no show. Deposits will not be refunded.
Cancellation or Missed Pick-up
A minimum of 1 weeks notice is required for any cancellations of orders.
We are happy to apply the non refundable deposit as a credit to your next order only in the event of an emergency arising, and you have given us the required notice of 1 week minimum.
